Czech Spring School 2011
Venue: Townshend International School, in Hluboka nad Vltavou (2 hours south of Prague), Czech Republic
Theme: “Moving towards a new Civilization”
Dates: 21. to 25. April 2011 – The end of this current and beginning of the next 5-Year-Plan, to be launched by the Universal House of Justice
Guest speakers: Dr. Shapour Rassekh (Geneva, Switzerland) and Dr. Vahid Rafati (Haifa, Israel)
They will present “the Four Charters of the Bahá’í Faith”: The Kitáb-i-Aqdas & Tablet of Carmel revealed by Bahá’u’lláh, and Tablets of the Divine Plan and Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá, their history, significance and content.
In the afternoons:
– Seminars on community building, discourse and social action, parenting, Hands of the Cause
– Art Workshops
Children and junior youth programmes paralell to the adult programme.
Fee (4 full days) for adult/child (2-12y):
3000 kc/1500 kc or 120€/60€

This three-summer certificate program offers pre-youth an opportunity to create a community based on the guiding principles of unity, justice, diversity and consultation. A tight daily schedule is organized that includes formal academic study of the Baha’i teachings, creative expression through the arts, and guided interactive assembly consultation. Students form friendships with others from around the world, friendships that can last a lifetime. The program operates on the Townshend International School campus in the Czech Republic. A caring staff of educational faculty, and a team of experienced youth assistants are on duty at all times to care for the concerns of the students. The care of your children while at Townshend and their safe return to your home is our number one priority.

Slovakian Summer School 2010
Dates: 27th July–1st August 2010
Venue: at the recreation center Vadičov
We invite you to spend pleasant days in the beautiful Kysuce surroundings. You can relax actively in the various team sports, swimming pool or sauna, learn interesting information from the area of partnership, parenting and child education, discuss various topics and issues related to various aspects of Baha’i life, enjoy art workshops, or time spent in a circle of friends.

The Polish Summer School will take place this year from the 31st July to 6th of August in Serock, approx. 50km north of Warsaw.
