Mr Siamak Hariri
Siamak Hariri from Toronto is the award-winning architect of the Bahá’í House of Worship for Santiago, Chile which is currently under fabrication. Siamak received his undergraduate degree from the University of Waterloo in 1979 and his Masters in architecture from Yale in 1985. Since 1994 he has been in partnership with David Pontarini with whom he shares values about understated, responsive and quality design, and a strong sense of place and materiality in architecture. They have received more than 35 awards in recognition of innovation, excellence and contribution to the improvement of the urban landscape.

Dr Albert Lincoln
Dr Albert Lincoln is Secretary-General of the Bahá’í International Community.

Mrs Joan Lincoln
Joan Lincoln studied music at Mills College in Oakland, California, and, a few decades later, at the University of Abidjan in the Ivory Coast, West Africa. Between 1970 and 1993 she and her family pioneered to France, the Central African Republic, Cameroon and the Ivory Coast. Since 1993 she has served as a member of the International Teaching Centre at the Bahá’í World Centre in Haifa, Israel.

Unfoldment of Civilization Summer Course (Czech Rep.)

UDC (Unfoldment of Civilization) in Townshend will be back this year!!

It will take place from the 12th to 25th of July 2009 and should enable the participants to be more knowledgeable and eloquent in teaching the Faith. It is a perfect foundation for presenting and using Anna’s talk from book 6.

The Unfoldment of Divine Civilization Course 2008 (Czech Republic)

Summer course: Unfoldment of Divine Civilization 2008

Dates: 15.7.-25.7.2008

Location: Townshend International School (Czech Republic)

As part of a range of new initiatives to assist in the direct teaching activities, relating to “Anna’s presentation” from Ruhi Book 6, Townshend International School is holding, for the fifth year running, the course entitled “Unfoldment of Divine Civilisation”. The principal aims of the course are to assist young people to share with wider society the sound solutions the Baha’i Faith has to the world’s problems; to help them defend the Faith against opposition and misunderstandings; and to assist them to influence public opinion using convincing arguments and proofs. In essence, the course covers “Anna’s presentation” in depth.
